How do I create an account?
If you’re not currently a customer at Littlerockstore, you must first register as one. You can do this by creating a new account. Click "Create Account" to create your own personal account. Fill out your details and your account will be activated. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration.

What is Trusted Shops?
Littlerockstore is an online store certified by Trusted Shops in Germany and in the United Kingdom. In The Netherlands we are certified by the Dutch Home Shopping Organization. In Belgium we have a BECommerce certificate. Their quality criteria are based on national and European laws that are important for making purchases on the Internet. They take into account all rulings and stipulations by the consumer protection associations, in some cases even exceeding them. Customers of these certified Shops sellers are protected automatically. Infringements against data protection regulations, non-transparent prices, limitations to the right to cancellations or other risks are checked.

Do you have a retail store?
Littlerockstore does not (yet) have physical store locations; however we are also busy working on selling our products offline. You will see us in the future at festivals, fairs and pursuing other activities that fit the Littlerockstore brand.

How can I file a complaint?
Littlerockstore offers official band merchandise for infants and children of the best quality at the best prices. Yet it can happen that you receive an item that is not perfect or that breaks after you've started using it. In handling complaints, we of course follow the law and general Terms and Conditions.The below stated warranty stipulations form reflects the unabated rights you, as a consumer, have based on the law.

All Littlerockstore garments and accessories come with a one-year warranty.

In the event that you file a formal a complaint with us, we determine whether a warranty applies as well as the suitable solution. But, even after the warranty has expired, you can still file legitimate complaints with us. If it can be reasonably expected that an item should still function as normal after a certain period of time and under normal use, and if defection of the item occurs through no fault of your own, you can have the item repaired or replaced. In all cases, we ensure fast processing of the complaint.

Substantiated complaint
The complaint is justified if it is not caused by:

damage by intent or by negligence;
• improper use or negligence in maintenance;
• normal wear and tear and / or
• damage caused by incorrect use or failure to observe the instructions prior to use.

I have moved, how can I change my account information?
You can change your address via your account by logging in under "my account" with your e-mail address and password and continuing to account information. Then click “edit data” to edit your contact details.

I have a new e-mail address
You can change your e-mail address via your account by logging in under "my account" with your e-mail address and password and continuing to account information. Then click “edit data” to amend your contact details.


Placing an order

How do I place an order?
Ordering at Littlerockstore is very simple and the website is very user-friendly. You log in to your account and follow the steps below. Don’t have an account yet? Create one first using "Create Account".

Step 1. Search the desired items and place your items(s) in the shopping basket
Step 2. When you are done shopping, verify your order
Step 3. Go to checkout
Step 4. Verify your personal information and change your delivery address, if necessary
Step 5. If all your details are correct, click “pay”
Step 6. Choose from one of the many payment methods, which way you’d like to pay and click “order.”
Step 7. All prices include VAT

I am not able to place an order
If you’re unable to place an order via Littlerockstore, you can contact the Littlerockstore customer service.
To do this, you can send a message to [email protected] or fill out the contact form. In the event we can’t answer your question via e-mail, we will contact you personally.

I have not received confirmation of my order
Once you've completed your order correctly and entered all your details; you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from Littlerockstore within minutes. If, by any chance, you do not receive this e-mail, it may be because your e-mail address was entered incorrectly. In this case you can send a message to [email protected] or fill out the contact form. We will contact you within four hours, guaranteed. Naturally, we will check the order and keep you informed.


How do I redeem a (digital) gift card?
When ordering, you can specify whether you have gift cards you want to pay with at checkout.


Send order

When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received the payment or confirmation of payment. You will receive confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received the payment and once your order has been dispatched.

You want to receive your order at a later date?
If you wish to receive your order at a later date because, for example, because you’re ordering from your vacation address, you can specify this in the comments box on your order. We’ll then reserve your order for you.


Returning an order

How can I exchange an item?
You can return items within 30 days by filling out the return form included in your package. Here you can specify which items you wish to return. After placing the return form, you’ll receive confirmation via e-mail as well as additional information.

Why do I have to pay postage on return orders?
Please make sure that the return order carries sufficient postage. Unfortunately, we can’t process unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments. In the event you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the new delivery costs. We feel that this is our duty towards our customers.

What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to terminate the sales agreement, without explanation, within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you need to revoke the order in accordance with article 6 to 8 of the General Terms & Conditions.

At Littlerockstore we employ a return policy of 30 days.
